Article 2 – Legal Capacity of the Customer
1- The customer acknowledges that they are legally competent under Sharia and applicable laws, or that they are at least eighteen (18) years old.
2- The customer agrees that any violation of this clause makes them fully responsible for any resulting consequences.
Article 3 – Nature of Obligation
1- The store’s obligation towards customers is limited to providing the product or service.
2- The store may provide additional services such as after-sales support depending on the nature of the product or service.
Article 4 – Usage Rules
1- The customer agrees to use the platform in compliance with public morals and applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2- The customer shall not use any product or service in violation of applicable laws or public ethics.
